By accessing our website at www.sjnuorish.com or booking a consultation with sjNuorish, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all clients and visitors of sjNuorish regardless of their location.

sjNuorish provides online nutrition coaching and personalized diet planning services including but not limited to:

• Weight loss and weight management nutrition

• PCOS and hormonal health nutrition

• Diabetes and blood sugar management

• Thyroid and metabolism nutrition

• Sports and performance nutrition

• Pregnancy and postpartum nutrition

• General healthy eating and lifestyle guidance

All services are provided online via video call, WhatsApp or email delivery of diet plans.

sjNuorish provides nutrition coaching and dietary guidance. Our services are NOT a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

If you have a serious medical condition, please consult a qualified medical doctor before making changes to your diet. Always inform your doctor about any dietary changes you make based on our recommendations.

We do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medication. Any nutrition guidance provided is for general wellness purposes and should be used alongside professional medical care.

When booking a consultation through our website you agree to provide accurate and complete health information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in inappropriate nutrition advice.

Consultations are scheduled based on availability. We reserve the right to reschedule a consultation if necessary and will provide reasonable notice.

Consultation fees are displayed on our website in your local currency based on your location.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the consultation — full refund or free reschedule

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation — no refund but one free reschedule allowed

• No-shows without prior notice — no refund and no reschedule

As a client of sjNuorish you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete health and medical information

• Inform us of any allergies, medical conditions or medications before receiving a diet plan

• Follow the nutrition guidance responsibly and consult your doctor for any medical concerns

• Not share your personalized diet plan commercially without permission

• Treat all communication with respect and professionalism

Nutrition and health results vary from person to person. Any results mentioned on our website or social media are individual experiences and are not guaranteed outcomes.

Factors such as consistency, lifestyle, medical conditions, sleep and stress all affect nutrition results. We do not guarantee specific weight loss or health outcomes within a specific timeframe.

All content on our website including text, images, blog posts, diet plans and graphics is the intellectual property of sjNuorish.

Personalized diet plans provided to clients are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute or sell any content from sjNuorish without written permission.

Payment for consultations must be made before or at the time of booking. We accept payment through the methods listed on our website.

All prices are displayed in your local currency and are subject to change. Any price changes will be updated on our website.

sjNuorish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific consultation or service in question.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
